The Memorial Day Program at the Park will be on May 28th, 2016 at 11 A.M., and the featured speaker will be Carrollton Mayor Walt Hollingsworth. Singers from Central High School will be there to sing the National Anthem and God Bless America. The JROTC are scheduled to participate. The service will begin with the flag at half-staff and at the end of the Ceremony the flag will be raised up to full-staff. The Year 1916 will be highlighted during the Ceremony regarding the U.S. involvement in WWI.
