Review and Discussion regarding proposed amendments to the Subdivision Regulations of Carroll County

Georgia, as amended: (1) to amend Section 86-5. “Definitions” of Chapter 86 – Subdivisions, to amend the definition of “Subdivision exemptions;” (2) to allow for Estate Lot Developments; (3) to provide for exemptions to the Subdivision Regulations; and (4) for other purposes.
