Consideration of Recommendation by Selection Committee for Jericho Design Group, LLC to provide Design Professional Services for Finishing and Renovation of Carroll County Court Facilities (RFP 23-A002), and to authorize the Chairman to negotiate and execute the Agreement and fee and take all other actions to implement the terms of the Agreement

Consideration of a Master Software Agreement with Nitorco, Inc. dba Assurance for property tax collections for the Carroll County Tax Commissioner for an initial cost of $35,000.00 and monthly fee of $2,525.00, and to authorize the Chairman and Tax Commissioner to negotiate and execute the Agreement.

Consideration of the Sheriff’s Office request to purchase fourteen (14) vehicles, for a total cost of $532,650 as a Capital Project for FY 2022-2023. Ten (10) vehicles will be patrol, two (2) will be shift supervisors, and two (2) for transport deputies.

Consideration to authorize payment not to exceed $49,500 to the City of Carrollton for fifty percent (50%) of the cost of a new security camera system for the Tanner Street parking deck, and to authorize the Chairman to execute an Intergovernmental Agreement with the City of Carrollton regarding the system with such changes approved by the Chairman.

Consideration of purchase from Jasper Engine Exchange, Inc. of a 6.0L remanufactured diesel engine replacement for 2003 Ford F250 2WD Service Truck with a two (2) year unlimited mileage warranty, in the amount of $17,373.00.

Consideration of a Resolution to apply for a grant under the State Fiscal Recovery Fund in an amount of $31,886,000 to fund construction costs for the Indian Creek Reservoir dam and raw water intake at the reservoir and enter into a Subrecipient Grant Agreement with the Carroll County Water Authority for said project, and authorize the Chairman to sign all documents and take all necessary actions in connection therewith

Consideration to partner with the City of Carrollton on a Georgia Outdoors Stewardship Program grant including an equal split of a local match. Carroll County’s match portion will not exceed $366,125.00 to connect and construct new trails in Carrollton and unincorporated Carroll County along the Tallapoosa River connecting Hobbs Farm Park and Little Tallapoosa Park.
