Ethics Compliance - Campaign Reports

The Carroll County Board of Elections and Registration Office maintains all reports and statements received from county candidates and county elected officials since January 2014 for five years as required by law.  Pursuant to O.C.G.A.§ 21-2-72 all qualifying forms and reports are open to the public.

Please note filings for District Attorney and offices of Superior Court Judges and all state and federal offices are not maintained by the Carroll County Board of Elections and Registration.
 
It is the responsibility of the candidate or elected official to file mandatory reports. 
Where Do Candidates and Elected Officials File Campaign Reports?
County Candidates and Elected Officials - file with the Carroll County Election Supervisor
Municipal Candidates and Elected Officials - file with the City Clerk or Chief Executive Officer.
