From Rome
  1. Highway 27 south to Carrollton
  2. Turn onto Highway 166 east
  3. Travel through 2 traffic lights
  4. After the 2nd light, take the 1st left onto Old Newnan Road
  5. Take the next right on Precision Pass then right on Horsley Mill Road
  6. Carroll County Prison is on the left
From Newnan
  1. Take Alternate Highway 27 / Highway 16 north to Carrollton
  2. Turn onto Highway 166 east
  3. Take the 1st left onto Old Newnan Road
  4. Take the next right on Precision Pass then right on Horsley Mill Road
