I am from Carrollton, Ga. I graduated from Mount Zion High School in 1994 and graduated from The Baptist College of Florida in 2009 with a BA in Theology. When my family and I moved back to Georgia from Florida, we moved to Temple, Georgia. I started coaching for the Temple Recreation Department before becoming the Athletic Coordinator at Temple Recreation Department in 2014. I have spent the last ten plus years working with the youth in the Temple area. I started working for Carroll County Recreation as one of the Athletic Coordinators in February 2021.
The reason I became a recreation professional is that I love and enjoy working with children. My goals are helping them grow in life through sports, to help them find a sport that they love, and to continue that love for a lifetime. In my free time, I love playing video games, watching my daughters play volleyball and soccer, and being with my family at the beach or mountains.
My favorite quote is: for we walk by faith, not by sight. 2 Corinthians 5:7
