Absentee By Mail (ABM) ballots for the November 7, 2017, General/Municipal Election will be mailed beginning Monday, October 9, 2017. Any eligible voter may apply to receive an Absentee By Mail ballot. Applications are available online at this website under Absentee By Mail or contact the elections office at 770-830-5823 and request an application be mailed to you. Completed applications should be submitted to the elections office by Wednesday, November 1st to ensure ballot deliver. Submit completed applications by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or mail to Elections & Registration, P.O. Box 338, Carrollton, GA 30112. The last day for the elections office to mail an Absentee By Mail ballot, is Friday, November 3rd. Applications received after this deadline will be rejected.
