    Absentee By Mail (ABM) ballots for the November 7, 2017, General/Municipal Election will be mailed beginning Monday, October 9, 2017. Any eligible voter may apply to receive an Absentee By Mail ballot. Applications are available online at this website under Absentee By Mail or contact the elections office at 770-830-5823 and request an application be mailed to you. Completed applications should be submitted to the elections office by Wednesday, November 1st to ensure ballot deliver. Submit completed applications by email to or mail to Elections & Registration, P.O. Box 338, Carrollton, GA 30112. The last day for the elections office to mail an Absentee By Mail ballot, is Friday, November 3rd. Applications received after this deadline will be rejected.

  2. Voter Registration Deadline for November 7, 2017 General Municipal Election

    October 10, 2017, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

    Voter Registration Deadline to Vote in the November 7, 2017, General/Municipal Election is Tuesday, October 10, 2017. This deadline also includes address and legal name changes. Register to vote online at Online voter registration applications must be submitted by midnight Tuesday, October 10, 2017. Mailed voter registration applications must be post marked on or before October 10, 2017 to be eligible for the November 7, 2017 General/Municipal Election. Any registrations received after October 10, 2017 will not be processed until after the November 7, 2017 General/ Municipal Election.
