[ARCHIVED] Weather Siren Test 4/5 at noon - CANCELLED

Update:  Due to the threat of severe weather tomorrow 4/5, the monthly weather siren test has been cancelled.  Please stay weather aware tonight into tomorrow and be prepared to take cover as needed.

The Carroll County Sheriff’s Office Emergency Management Agency in conjunction with E-911 will conduct the monthly scheduled test of its Emergency Warning Siren System this week. WHAT: Emergency Outdoor Warning Siren Test WHEN: Wednesday April 5, 2017, 12 p.m. WHERE: Carroll County, Georgia DETAILS: At noon on Wednesday, Carroll County residents will hear a one minute emergency tone from the various sirens located throughout the county. This monthly test is necessary to ensure that the Emergency Warning Siren System is functioning properly. In the event of poor weather conditions such as rain or overcast weather, the siren test will be cancelled and rescheduled. Thank you for your support!
