COVID UPDATES
- Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and to ensure that social distancing guidelines are being met, the Probate Court office is accepting customers by appointment only. See below for more information. All employees and customers entering the Courthouse are required to wear a face covering. The face covering should cover both the mouth and nose and must be worn at all times while inside the building. Additionally, all customers and employees should follow social distancing guidelines while inside the building.

- For a Georgia Weapons Carry License, please complete the application under the "Apply for a Weapons Carry Permit" button below and then click here to schedule an appointment.
- For a Marriage License, please complete the application under the "Apply for a Marriage License" button below and then click here to schedule an appointment.
- To schedule an appointment for an estate/adult guardianship/minor guardianship filing, please click here.
- Estate/Guardianship customers may also submit filings via the drop-box to the left of the entrance of the building, along with the filing fees.
Chief Justice Melton’s Eleventh Order Extending Statewide Judicial Emergency dated February 7, 2021
Governor Brian Kemp’s Executive Order temporarily extending the thirty-day renewal requirement for Georgia Weapons Carry Licenses
